Having spent most of his career in retail, Eric Morse is no stranger to ever-evolving consumer demands and the impact they have on consumption. Over the past 20years, Eric has served as a licensor, licensee, and retailer in companies large and small. Eric started his career at Hasbro playing in marketing and retail development supporting outbound-licensing for Hasbro’s broad portfolio of brands. Soon after, Eric found his way to Sesame Street where he managed their $100 million-plus global toy licensing program. After Sesame, craving something sweet Eric indulged at Dylan’s Candy Bar unwrapping the power of their marketing and ecommerce efforts. Next, as the divisional vice president, licensing, marketing, and product development for Spirit Halloween and Spencer’s, Eric launched numerous Direct to Retail programs developing multiple marketing campaigns that engaged diverse audiences across 2000 combined stores, including the first-ever product line for fan favorite, Hocus Pocus in 2017. In Eric’s current role as the SVP Partnerships, GM Global Licensing Eric is unlocking the power of the Redbubble Group with its over 1,00,000 independent artists and global POD fulfillment network. His efforts to develop turnkey solutions for the global licensing community industry has allowed brands to quickly capture trends and engage with their fans in new ways to maximize opportunities around the world.
